Color Dosing & Filling Systems

Automatic Ink & Solvent Transfer System
Five 200L solvent drums (EA, ETH, IPA, NPA, PM), each on its own SS316 line with a dedicated valve, blend automatically into the White Ink IBC per NC or PU recipe — then transfer directly to press. A separate viscosity trim line doses solvent live into the press-side feed to hold viscosity through the run.

Ink & Solvent Management
Every drum of return ink gets a barcode — scan it in, and it's logged into inventory for reuse on future jobs instead of being written off. Every job's ink and solvent sent, and everything returned, is tracked against that job ID. Machine parameters (temperature, pressure, tension) and utility consumption (diesel, compressed air, electricity, cooling) run alongside on the same dashboard.
