Flexeon Technology grew out of hands-on experience in flexible packaging manufacturing — the same processes we now source machinery for and automate, we've run ourselves.
Why we exist
Most flexible packaging plants deal with the same friction: sourcing the right machine from an overseas factory with no local support, running ink and solvent transfer manually with real spillage and waste risk, and tracking return ink and job costs on paper.
We built Flexeon to close all three gaps under one relationship — sourced machinery with real local service, engineered transfer systems that remove the manual risk, and the software layer that actually tracks what's happening on the floor.
How we work
For sourced machinery, you buy directly from the manufacturer — we guide the spec conversation and provide the local commissioning and after-sales support that's usually missing when buying direct from overseas.
For the systems and software that are ours — the ink/solvent transfer, the management dashboard, the pouch automation tools — we design, build, and support them in-house, shaped around how your plant actually runs.
India-based, built on real plant experience
Flexeon Technology operates as the India-based point of contact for the equipment and systems in our portfolio, with service support based locally rather than routed through an overseas call center. Our engineering work — the ink/solvent transfer system, the management software, and the pouch automation tools — is built and supported in-house.
